Tropicana Aman is a Sales Gallery showcasing the landscape elements of pedestrian and bicycle pathways, and a lake for residents to enjoy the outdoors. Together with the Landscape Architect and Main Contractor, Conspec Builders transformed a barren swamp wasteland into a clean lake teeming with aquatic life. Lake water was treated using 3000 aquatic plants, creating water circulation and using water from the pond to irrigate the surrounding park plants; encouraging sustainability of the project.
