Tropicana Metropark is an 88-acre mixed development township consisting of residential areas, business spaces, education and retail facilities. In the middle of the township is a 9.2-acre Central Park designed and built for outdoor recreation. The park consists of playground spaces, waterside pathways, jogging tracks and scenic bridges. The bridges integrate all parts of the development for interactive spaces accessible by foot.
