Accounts Assistant

Job Description

  • Prepare all account payables (AP) and Bank Guarantees

  • Daily banking, reconciliation of cashbook, GL and maintain proper filing records

  • Post invoices and liase with colleagues and customers

  • Assist Accounting Manager on all matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, LCCI in accountancy

  • Experience in doing full-set of accounts

  • MS Word, Ms Excel, OBM an advantage but training is provided

  • Chinese, BM and English (Subcontractors/suppliers speak Chinese)

  • Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills

  • Good attitude toward learning new skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience
